Welcome to Club Câlin! We sell kids’ clothing and accessories online. These terms & conditions explain your rights and obligations when you browse, order or purchase from our webshop. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms & conditions.

Offer: any product offer, promotion or price quotation published by us.

Customer / you: any consumer purchasing via our website.
Agreement: the contract concluded when your order is accepted.
Products: kids’ clothing, shoes & accessories.
Right of withdrawal: your legal right to withdraw within 14 calendar days.
In writing: communication by email and where required, registered mail.

4. Offers, prices and acceptance

4.1 Prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.4.2 Prices and conditions may be updated at any time.4.3 Obvious errors are not binding and may lead to cancellation and refund.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment must be completed at checkout.5.2 Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 You may withdraw within 14 calendar days after delivery.6.2 The period starts the day after receipt.6.3 Withdrawal can be notified via your account or email.6.4 Products must be returned within 14 days after notification.6.5 Refund may be withheld until return is received or proven.

7. Return conditions

Unworn, unused and unwashed
Free from stains, odors and damage
Original tags attached

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. No return labels are provided.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.Depreciation may apply if value is diminished.

9. Partial returns

Free shipping thresholds may be recalculated and deducted from refunds.

10. Pre-orders and cancellation

Orders with pre-orders may ship together. Cancellation before shipment leads to refund.

11. Delivery and risk

Delivery is to the address provided by the customer.Incorrect address costs may be charged.Orders usually ship within 3 business days.Delivery delays beyond 30 days allow cancellation.Liability is limited to product value.

12. Conformity & care

Defects should be reported promptly.Improper care is not considered a defect.Pilling is considered normal wear.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

14. Website use & security

We are not liable for cybercrime outside our control.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months and subject to conditions.

Breach of confidentiality may result in compensation of €1,500 or higher proven damages.

20. General provisions

Belgian law applies. Invalid clauses do not affect remaining provisions.

Giveaway gift vouchers are valid for 1 year unless stated otherwise.
