Return window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return conditions

To make sure every item can find a new happy home, returned products must:

• Be unworn, unused and unwashed
• Be free from stains, odors and damage
• Have all original tags and labels attached

Items that are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund. 

We recommend sending your return in the original packaging.

3. Choose the item(s) and reason
4. Confirm your request

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.

Please make sure your return is sent directly to our return address. Returns sent to parcel shops or alternative pickup points may take longer to process.

The return remains your responsibility until it safely reaches us.

Club Câlin is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please always use a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 working days using the same payment method you used for your order. If an item shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Shipping costs & partial returns

If your order qualified for free shipping and a partial return brings the order value below €150, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Online store only

We currently operate exclusively online. All purchases are therefore eligible for return according to this policy.
