When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Wingene, Belgium. We carefully process all orders within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note: tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

During sale periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding.


When will my order be delivered & what are the shipping costs?
Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout and in our shipping table.

All prices include VAT. Import duties and local taxes (if applicable) are not included in the shipping price.

Will I have to pay import duties?
Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered duty-free.

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes once the order value exceeds a country-specific threshold.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are unfortunately beyond our control. 

You can check your country’s threshold via your local customs website.
